Makes 12 servings (3 cups)
Time: 35 minutes
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
3 oz. bacon, crumbled
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped green onion
Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Place in 1-quart baking dish. Cover. Heat 25 to 30 minutes or until hot. Serve with sliced French bread, crackers or chips.
